The Product — FP10

One paste. Every firing cycle.

Six things dental technicians actually care about — engineered into a ready-to-use 10 cc syringe.

01

Residue-Free Removal

Breaks down into a friable residue after firing — removed with compressed air or a soft brush. No sandblasting routine, no intaglio contamination.

02

Stable up to 1200°C

Maintains restoration position through pre-drying, crystallization, glazing and layering cycles without slumping or cracking.

03

No Adhesion

Forms a mechanical buffer between restoration and firing pin — never bonds to ceramic or metal, preventing contact damage.

04

Precise Syringe Application

Thixotropic consistency in a ready-to-use 10 cc syringe — clean, accurate placement directly on pins or inside restorations.

05

Broad Compatibility

Lithium disilicate, zirconia-based, feldspathic and other glass-ceramic systems — including implant-supported restorations.

06

Minimal Gas Evolution

Releases mainly water vapor during heating — minimizing the risk of bubbles and surface defects on delicate ceramics.

How It Works

Five steps. Zero drama.

The FP10 workflow, exactly as in the Quick Start Guide shipped with every box.

1

Prepare

Ensure restoration and firing pin/tray are clean and dry. Gently roll the syringe if stored long.

2

Apply

Extrude a small amount of paste onto the firing pin or inside the restoration.

3

Position & Shape

Seat the restoration, adjust orientation and shape the paste into a stable support base.

4

Fire — max 1200°C

Let paste stabilise 1–2 min, then run the ceramic manufacturer's program.

5

Cool & Clean

Detach after cooling; remove residue with compressed air or gentle brushing.
